Our training does not stop at the conclusion of new employee orientation – it is just the beginning. We firmly believe that on-going formal training of our team members is a key component of constantly increasing their effectiveness, efficiency and job satisfaction.

All team members participate in monthly programs conducted by our in-house Training Manager at our various sites. These sessions are designed to satisfy our unique requirements and incorporate periodic updates involving licensed CAM responsibilities. The monthly trainings cover topics such as; conducting effective meetings, communications, the proper use of e-mail, managing the in-box, obtaining and negotiating bids, and other pertinent topics.

Additionally, providing on-going 212 Software training (our computer based management system for Associations) is important to deliver the most useful and accurate information to our Boards of Directors and property owners. This helps everyone to better manage the business of his or her associations.

Property Managers and Administrative personnel also attend the client specialty workshops, which are conducted for Association Boards and Committees.
