Our accounting staff are some of the most experienced in the industry and our accounting practices meet the strictest guidelines of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB). Senior accounting staff monitors your books and assigned bookkeepers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Contract Supervision

A team of licensed professionals manages property within the association with the goal of ensuring the common areas and amenities in your community are well maintained and in good working order. Community Association Managers are keen in spotting and solving problems before they become an issue, whether its adjusting maintenance schedules, spraying for pests or ensuring damage is repaired promptly, you can count on MAY's Community Association Managers to exceed your expectations.

 

Covenant Enforcement

Our philosophy is that your association's covenants represent the quality of life you and your neighbors have contracted to live by and MAY's Community Association Managers act to enforce those covenants.  As an investor in your neighborhood, you have the right to expect that all your neighbors will live by the same contract you've signed your name to.  If you feel that a neighbor is violating the covenants of the association, you can confidentially report it directly to your Community Association Manager who will promptly look into the issue.

 

Maintenance

No task is more important than the continued maintenance of the association’s common property.  The first image of most homeowner's own property is reflected in how well the common property is maintained.  A well kept entrance and good working amenities add value to the homeowner’s property and our goal is keep your property value high.

 

Architectural Review
