MAY Management Services, Inc. was formed in November 1988 by three partners with experience in community management. Their initial office was in Ponte Vedra managing a major new Arvida development in that area followed by an office in St. Augustine.

In 1998, the World Golf Village development began and MAY was awarded the contracts for the five masters and sub associations. The WGV office was opened six months later. During that same year, Ocean Hammock developers contacted MAY and the Palm Coast area became a new frontier for the MAY team.

In January 2001, MAY expanded their computer capabilities by investing in the new property management software, TOPS. The software was on the cutting edge integrating all components of property management. In addition to the superior accounting/financial modules, TOPS also included modules for covenant enforcement, work and service order for property management and maintenance as well as managing delinquent accounts. This enabled the staff to service their associations more efficiently and thoroughly.

In 2002, DR Horton awarded the contract for their new developments in Julington Creek to MAY. This began a successful working relationship with DR Horton and their projects during the subsequent years. The MAY Management Julington Creek/Mandarin office was opened. MAY Management Services became known as the largest and most respected property Management Company in NE Florida.

MAY Management established relationships with several developers by providing professional consultations and by developing the initial budgets for their new communities. During the building boom in NE Florida, MAY Management Services grew from managing 80 associations to 170 and from 60 to 130 employees.

MAY Management celebrated its 20th year anniversary in 2008. The future certainly looks bright for MAY Management Services and their loyal team members.
